The Alize´ wine cellar: 7,500 bottles of rare vintage wine

The spectacular 2-story wine cellar at Alize´ is lauded by Zagat, Frommer’s and multitudes of other international restaurant reviewers, both for its architecture and what it houses within.

Beyond the incredible view at Alize´ – 56 stories above Las Vegas – Alize’s wine cellar is the focal point of the dining room AND the focal point for connoisseurs in search of fabulous Las Vegas wine selections. The Alize´ restaurant wine cellar is only one of three temperature-and-humidity-controlled rooms, and houses more than 7,500 award-winning wine selections.

As the wine list is continually evolving, local residents and worldwide patrons return frequently to kibbitz with our Wine Director, Claudio Vigani, on his latest recommendations and food pairings. (We offer several favorite and rare wine selections by the glass, too.)

The Alize´ wine cellar contains wines from all the regions of the world, from Argentina and Chile to Australia, South Africa, Lebanon and all the major appellations in France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Spain and Portugal (to name a few).

 And from these regions, Alize´ has sequestered some of the most revered vintage wines in the world. We are the only establishment in Las Vegas to have “Le Musigny” 2005 from Joseph Drouhin and a vertical of Vosne Romanee by Meo Camuzet Romanee-Conti.

Further, Alize´ boasts one of the most extended collections of Romane´e-Conti Burgundy wines, including:

• Domaine de la Romane´e-Conti (DRC) 1985, (valued at $23,000),
• Romanee-Conti, Domaine de la Romane´e-Conti, 2002
• Richebourg, Domaine de la Romane´e-Conti, 1992

From the Bordeaux region we have a vast collection of all the rated Chateaus, from Chateau Lafite, Latour, Haut Brion, Margaux, Mouton-Rothschild, Cos D’Estournel, and Ducru-Beaucaillou.

Of course, Alize´ also stocks the finest in California vintage wines such as Cakebread, Groth, Far Niente, Jordan, and more. We have incredible verticals of American cabernets such as Beaulieu Vineyard from 1958, and we also stock Heitz Vineyard Martha’s Vineyard from the early 1980s.

The Alize´ wine cellar also houses the big names of Cabernet blends, such as Harlan, and Dalla Valle Maya, and includes more esoteric wine selections from boutique wineries such as Harris Estate, Martin Estate, Vice Versa and Winter.
