Leave it to our talented Beverage Director Patrick Trundle to innovate Alize’s cocktail menu in most impeccable style. Prior to each season’s debut, Patrick works for weeks on significant new entries, emerging with a number of refreshing and highly creative forms of mixology.
Come up to Alizé for cocktails any time of the evening. Whether you try a new, seasonal best seller or choose to rely on the classics (for example, the Old Fashioned, Mint Julep, Rob Roy or the all-time go-to, the French 75), you’ll find no truer cocktail magic than at Alizé.
This season’s latest cocktail menu innovations:
Black Tie – Chopin Rye Vodka, Siberian Caviar-Stuffed Olives
Casablanca – Citrus Vodka, Fresh Mint, Almond Syrup, Lemon Juice
H.M.S. Negroni – Hayman’s Old Tom Gin, Aperol, Earl Grey Infused Madeira, Orange Bitters
French Fifty-Six – Vodka, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Elation Pear Liqueur, Fresh Lemon, Champagne Float, Sugared Rim
Lower Manhattan – Bourbon, Carpano Antica, Orange Bitters, Brandied Cherries
Raspberry Mint Rickey – Raspberry Syrup, Mint Leaves, Fresh Lime, and Club Soda
Rye Rumble – Rye whiskey, fresh raspberries, lemon juice, agave nectar
What He’s Having – White Rum, Fernet Branca, fresh cucumber, lime juice
P.S. Remember, Patrick also created North America’s “celebrity” cocktail, the Foie Gras Martini (also known as the Marti Gras Martini). Twenty-three steps are entailed in the making of this one-of-a-kind martini. It is, in itself, a Las Vegas memory of a lifetime!
