Patrick Trundle helms one of the most notable collections of cognacs and armagnacs known around the world between two Las Vegas restaurants created by Chef André Rochat – Andre’s Bistro & Bar, and Alizé at the top of the Ivory Tower at the Palms Casino.
On any given night, he can be heard recommending one-of-a-kind bottles and memorable pours of the world’s finest cognacs and Armagnacs.
Trundle joined Andre’s in 2003 and worked his way from captain to beverage manager for both Andre’s and Alizé. In recent months, he presided over cresting the new beverage program and opening Andre’s Bistro & Bar, and has recently been re-named Beverage Manager for Alizé, too.
In addition to the many creative cocktails he innovates from this supreme collection, Patrick has been featured in numerous media outlets for his knowledge and experience with the collections including Toronto Star and 944 Magazine.
Prior to moving to Las Vegas, Trundle worked in numerous restaurants in Carmel, Calif. He lived in Barcelona, Spain for one year where he traveled and learned Spanish.
