Initially founded by Celebrity Chef André Rochat, Alizé proved as sparkling a crown jewel as Chef Rochat’s first restaurant, Andre’s. In Alize’s earliest days, Chef André and longtime business partner Joseph Marsco recruited rising talents Chef Mark Purdy and Pastry Chef Tammy Alana and, over the next several years, the heart and soul of this one-of-a-kind culinary experience has been forged.
