Join Executive Chef Mark Purdy and Pastry Chef Tammy Alana at Alizé at the Top of the Palms, as they host a one-of-a-kind “Table in the Sky” dinner with guest chef Eric Brennan, culinary director of Himmel Hospitality Group in Boston, MA.

Following a three-week, cross-country culinary journey with his team, Chef Brennan will deliver the country’s best products – from Westwind Farms chicken to 100-day aged Brandt beef to Sichler farm chilies – to Alize’s kitchen door. Collaborating together, the award-winning chefs will offer a curated menu during the Table in the Sky event that spotlights these very items in a decadent 6-course dinner on March 4.
